Leadership

Jim leads the team at Fairwinds Technologies as Chief Executive Officer.  As one of the founding members of the company, Jim previously led all sales and business development efforts and was instrumental in directing company strategy. Prior to Fairwinds, Jim was a Senior Vice President at TeleCommunication Systems (TCS). Jim is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and has an MBA from Loyola University.

Timothy is the CTO, CSO and Co-Founder at Fairwinds Technologies where he leads all the strategic technical aspects of the business including new product development, innovative research & development, and pre-sales engineering.  Prior to Fairwinds Technologies, he was a C4ISR solutions architect and DoD account manager at Comtech Command & Control Technologies. He also worked at the Army as a Team Lead – Senior Engineer managing multiple tactical wireless telecommunication solutions. He is a graduate of Messiah University and holds a Master of Electrical Engineering, Wireless Communications from Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jennifer is the CFO and President of the Board of Directors for Fairwinds Technologies. She leads all financial operations for the organization. Prior to Fairwinds Technologies, Jennifer was the Senior Director of Financial Operations at TeleCommunication Systems (TCS). She has also held financial roles at Northrop Grumman and Deloitte. Jennifer is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University and holds an MBA from Loyola University.

Kyle is the Chief Operating Officer at Fairwinds Technologies where he leads day-to-day operations and is responsible for implementing business plans and procedures and setting goals for company performance and growth. Kyle previously led the operations teams as the VP of Operations. Prior to Fairwinds, Kyle held key financial operations positions at Comtech Command & Control Technologies. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration.
