Fairwinds Technologies Appoints David Joseforsky as Vice President, Sales and Marketing

ANNAPOLIS, Maryland (March 14, 2023) Fairwinds Technologies is proud to announce the appointment of David Joseforsky as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. David Joseforsky will begin his role with Fairwinds on August 1, 2023, upon retirement as a Colonel from the United States Marine Corps after 26 years of service.
Currently, Col Joseforsky commands Marine Air Control Group 48 in Great Lakes, Illinois. Prior to that, he served as the Branch Head for Homeland Defense and Marine Corps Service Planner in the Pentagon’s Plans, Policies, and Operations, Headquarters Marine Corps.
Other roles include Command and Control Systems Integration Branch Chief, Operations Directorate, Headquarters U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and project officer in Program Manager, Communications for Marine Corps Systems Command where he successfully fielded multiple satellite, wireless, and networking projects to Iraq, Horn of Africa, and throughout the Marine Corps.

Col Joseforsky graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1997 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics and a commission in the United States Marine Corps. He also attended the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, studying Joint Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (JC4I). He completed his thesis work on wireless technologies earning the JC4I Academic Achievement Award and a Master’s of Science degree in System Technology.
